What are the acceptable methods of payment?
We accept cash, check, cashapp, paypal, venmo, zelle, google pay, apple pay, and all major credit cards.
Are the published rates per hour, day, event, etc.?
The published rates are for a 24 hour period. We do allow some flexibility based on other scheduled orders.
How early should rentals be reserved?
We do not have a requirement on how soon equipment should be reserved. However, we do recommend reserving as soon as possible to make sure we have the equipment available for your event.
When is payment due for the equipment/reservation?
We typically do not require payment in advance and mostly collect payment when the equipment is picked up or delivered. We understand that equipment needs may change and want to allow flexibility for our customers. During extremely busy periods, we may require our customers to prepay to hold the equipment. This is to insure customers do not abuse our generous reservation policy.
Are you truly open 24 hours a day?
We like to make ourselves available for our customers and understand that typical business hours don't work for everyone. For that reason, we advertise 24 hour availability. We prefer that rental pick ups and drop offs happen between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, however, we can arrange for other times with prior arrangements.
